Getting Started Checklist
Everything you need before your first peptide experience
About 5 minutes
Essential Supplies
Before starting any peptide protocol, make sure you have all necessary supplies on hand. Running out mid-protocol is not ideal.
Supply checklist:
- [ ] Peptide vials (lyophilized powder from a reputable vendor)
- [ ] Bacteriostatic water (BAC water), not sterile water or saline
- [ ] Insulin syringes (typically 1mL/U-100, 29-31 gauge)
- [ ] Alcohol swabs for sanitizing vial tops and injection sites
- [ ] Sharps container for safe needle disposal
Optional But Recommended
Nice to have:
- [ ] Extra syringes (they're single-use, always use a fresh one)
- [ ] Small cooler or insulated bag for travel
- [ ] Peptide storage container for your refrigerator
- [ ] Digital scale if working with non-pre-measured peptides
Before You Begin
Preparation steps:
- [ ] Research your specific peptide thoroughly — dosing, timing, and duration
- [ ] Consult with a healthcare provider familiar with peptide therapy
- [ ] Get baseline bloodwork (hormone panel, metabolic panel, CBC)
- [ ] Set a clear goal and timeline for your protocol
- [ ] Join a community or find a knowledgeable mentor for guidance
Tip. Start with one peptide at a time so you can isolate its effects. Stacking multiple new compounds makes it impossible to know what's working.
